It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain and be in possessions of comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance including medical insurance and air evacuation insurance in case of an accident, medical expenses, or sudden sickness or death, before embarking on a tour. Nature Africa Safaris is neither responsible nor liable for any claim, loss, damage as a result of clients falling to obtain necessary insurance cover.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he/she is in good health and medically fit and able to embark on tour. If tour passes the malaria zone, precautionary treatment is advised. Consultation with medical practitioners/doctors and obtaining anti malaria treatment is necessary.
Visa and Master card are acceptable across Namibia and by most establishments.
Namibia dollars and South Africa rand are equal in value and acceptable countrywide in Namibia.
Be advised that Namibia dollars and South Africa rand is not easily exchanged outside of Namibia.
It is the traveler's responsibility to inform Nature Africa Safaris in advance of any dietary requirements/allergies, so that we can convey the message to lodges accordingly.
Travelers and travel agencies they must ensure that their visas and passports are up-to-date when visiting the countries.
Nature Africa Safaris can not be held liable or responsible should a clients be refused to entry into a country for any reason.
Suggested packing items: when embarking on one of our safaris, we would recommend cotton clothing and enough warm clothing during our winter months, as from May to September.
The temperature at the coast can be unpredictable - it can be cold any time of the year.
